the staff were happy, helpful, and professional. They were great too make sure my needs were met, including providing an extra chair for my comfort. The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is right next to the train station and the airport line, making it convenient for traveling to and from the airport. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the facilities were modern and comfortable. I particularly loved the beautiful garden areas and the spacious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate bathtub. The staff also kept my room clean and tidy every day, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't be more convenient, right next to the BTS Phaya Thai station which allowed us to easily travel to Suvarnabhumi Airport and other parts of Bangkok. The room was beautifully decorated and had a nice, comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, especially Sine who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were impressed with the extra chair provided upon request, as well as the spacious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and claw foot bathtub. The room also had great amenities like an Android TV, air conditioning, and a mini fridge.
We highly recommend this luxurious hotel to anyone looking for enhanced comfort and quality services.
